Our love for farming and food freedom, our quest for health solutions, and a deep desire to provide a legacy and opportunity for the next generation has propelled us to turn a run-down, row-cropped farm into vibrant pasture-land teaming with microbes beneath the soil and species diversity above.  How did we make this happen?  Animals!  By managing the land with intensive grazing management we are mimicking the buffalo effect. These animals are grazed closely together in paddocks and moved every day.  

We raise heritage Irish Dexter cattle, Idaho Pastured Pigs (IPP’s) and pastured meat chickens.  The cattle have never known grain, antibiotics, or vaccinations - only pasture (hay in winter) and 14 organic free-choice minerals. We are raising high-end A2A2 milk bovines for future sales. Our pigs consume mostly grass with some non-GMO, non-soy grain plus kitchen scraps, pumpkins, apples, and eggs. Our pastured chickens live in moveable, outdoor shelters. All our animals are rotationally pastured.

We are offering beef cuts, pork cuts, chicken pieces whole chickens and mixed meat bundles. Bundles are offered at a discount and start at 10 pounds and up. The flavor of this meat is unbelievable!
